The villa La Concha is built on a 2000 sqm plot in the urbanisation Las Lomas, a quiet and very well-maintained residencial area between Nerja and Frigiliana.

The apartments lead through a big French windows directly to the private pool. The pool is only shared with the owner, a friendly german cuple. Under the green sunblind and the large door at the right side is one apartement with salon and bed room and private terrace.

The sunny terrace offers fantastic sea views to Nerja and the rock of Cerro Gordo. The pool is filled the whole year and in winter it can be covered with a floating sheath to maintain the temperature.

The mountains of the Sierra Almijarra invite you to extensive hiking tours. Or you simply relax by the large 5 x 10 m private pool.

All apartments are elegantly furnished with sofa, satelite - tv. Wi-Fi internet is also available.

The modern kitchens are well equipped with electric coffe machine, oven and all needs.

The apartemt invites to quiet and relaxed holiday in Andalucia. The owner can recommend you restaurants and ppaces of interest to visit, if you wish. Also he can give you nmany interesting informacion about the morrish history in Spain.

The bed has two single 90 cm wide mattrasses.

In the living room you have a dining table and astiitng area with sofa and TV.

The bath rooms are well tiled, with large mirror, one with shower and one with bath tub. In the utility room you can use a washing machine.

The apartmets  are at the pool area, the owner lives in the first floor. The tarrace lies to the south, so you can enjoy the andalusian sunny day from morning to evening.

You will enjoy your holiday in this nice and quiet villa. The beach and the center from Nerja you reach in car in 5 minutes.
